Have you lost weight but still have loose skin, flab, or stretch marks below the belly? Allure Medical's CombiTuck® can work wonders to eliminate those concerns and restore your confidence!
CombiTuck® is a two-in-one procedure offered exclusively at Allure Medical that can help you achieve a flat tummy by eliminating excess fat and sagging skin from weight fluctuation or pregnancy.
Using advanced liposuction, CombiTuck® first eliminates excess fat from the midsection. Then a tummy tuck procedure removes sagging skin while keeping any underlying tissue unharmed.
We'll make sure you're confident about your individualized CombiTuck® procedure and understand how to acheive the best results for YOU.
You can return home the same day! CombiTuck® is an outpatient procedure.
You can return to work and daily activities much quicker with CombiTuck® compared to a traditional tummy tuck.
If you have been through one or more pregnancies, you know the toll it can take on your body. Because fluctuations in weight will alter the abdomen’s appearance, it is recommended that women wait until they are done bearing children before CombiTuck®.
Gravity becomes a factor in our overall appearance as we age. If you have noticed stubborn areas of fat in your midsection or sagging skin that you can't seem to get rid of with diet and exercise, you are not alone. With any surgery, an ideal CombiTuck® candidate is in good health with a stable weight.
It is best to be a non-smoker or willing to stop smoking before CombiTuck®. This will help to ensure the best recovery and healing possible. A CombiTuck® requires a layer of fat to be present to be most effective—very thin women may require a more traditional tummy tuck procedure.
Whether your weight fluctuates over time or you've had children, no matter how much you diet or exercise, you just can't get seem to get the flat stomach that you once had. CombiTuck® is a combination of liposuction and a tummy tuck that can help address the common midsection concerns.
We can help get you back into slim-fitting clothes or show off your mid-section with confidence again. CombiTuck® has less downtime than an oldfashioned tummy tuck. Typically, patients can be back to their daily activities in about a week!

There needs to be a reasonable layer of fat to perform this surgery. Someone who is very thin will need a more traditional tummy tuck. The good news, however, is that techniques we have learned by performing the CombiTuck® can be applied to the regular tummy tuck to shorten downtime and reduce risk. In some cases, a combination of the two surgeries is used.
In the majority of cases, women, in particular, the muscle has lost its tone and is repaired with either type of tummy tuck. Hernias can be repaired at the same time as well with either surgery.
We use a combination of IV sedation or “twilight anesthesia” and a diluted local anesthetic (tumescent anesthesia). This combination is by far the safest way to approach this surgery.
The vast majority of patients are back to work in 7-10 days and exercising in 2-3 weeks.
The scar for the CombiTuck or the tummy tuck is about the same. A full tummy tuck or CombiTuck has a scar in the underwear line, as well as around the belly button.
If your stretch marks are mostly below your belly button, then they will likely be gone.
Most of the time, a drain is not needed. The doctor will decide during surgery, but about 90% of the time, no drain is required.
No, this is an outpatient procedure. You should be able to have dinner in your home the night of surgery. You'll actually want to push yourself to be as active as possible right after surgery, as this helps speed up the recovery process.
