GENERAL RULES FOR PUCKER UP LIP FILLER GIVEAWAY

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The Allure Medical Pucker Up Lip Filler Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is a monthly sweepstakes with a Sweepstakes Entry Period beginning on the first day of the current calendar month and ending on the last day of the current calendar month.

ELIGIBILITY
Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, and South Carolina who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry and who reside within a sixty (60) mile radius of an Allure Medical location. Employees of Allure Medical, their distributors, affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouses and parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, of such employees, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. Winner(s) must pass a medical screening before services are rendered. If they are ineligible for Lip Filler another winner will be selected.

HOW TO ENTER
During the Sweepstakes Entry Period enter the contest on Facebook through Allure Medical sponsored posts. Only entries submitted via the method above are eligible. Entries submitted via any other method, will NOT be accepted. Entries must be received no later than the close of the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) entry per person per Entry Period. Entries by the same person in excess of the limits stated herein will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are incomplete or inaccurate whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries. Sponsor is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. All entry information become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

RANDOM DRAWING
One potential winner will be randomly chosen each month from the contest entry database.  Potential Winners will be notified by phone or email. Allure Medical is not responsible for incomplete, incomprehensible, or out-of-service contact information. If Allure Medical is unable, after making a reasonable effort, to contact a selected Potential Winner, that Potential Winner will be disqualified. The drawing will occur on or about the 1st day of each month beginning June 1, 2022. The monthly Sweepstakes can be terminated at any time at the sole discretion of Allure Medical.

PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING
The Grand Prize Winner will receive one full treatment of Lip Filler from Allure Medical. Prize must be redeemed at an Allure Medical location and winner must contact Allure Medical to schedule a treatment within 90 days of winning. Prizes not claimed within 90 days will be forfeited.  Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is: up to $400. No cash value will be awarded in lieu of prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Participants are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and with these Contest Rules, and by entering, participants agree to be bound to these Contest Rules. Any security breach or other attempt by an entrant or other party to tamper with the proper administration of the Contest will disqualify the entrant and may result in civil or criminal action against the entrant or other party and may result in the discontinuation, suspension, or cancellation of the Contest. Winners and entrants agree, except where prohibited by law, to release and discharge, hold harmless and indemnify the Contest Entities, their employees, agents and representatives, officers and directors and their immediate families, successors and assigns, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Contest, from any and all tax liability that may be imposed or associated with receipt or use of the prizes, and from and against any and all claims, actions, proceedings, and liability for any damages, expenses, fees, injury or losses (INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH) sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize or while traveling to, preparing for, or participating in any Contest-related or prize-related activity. Winners must execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release. Allure Medical retains the discretion to make all decisions regarding the interpretation and application of these rules. All decisions of Allure Medical are final and discretionary. In the event the selected winner(s) of the prize are/is ineligible or refuse(s) the prize or in the event the prize is forfeited for any other reason, the prize will be forfeited and Allure Medical, in their sole discretion, may randomly select an alternate winner from remaining entries. The laws of the State of Michigan shall govern this Contest, without regard to Michigan’s choice of law rules. The courts of the county of Macomb in the state of Michigan shall be the exclusive forum for any dispute relating to these Rules and/or this Contest. All participants and winners agree, by their participation in the Contest, to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of Macomb County, Michigan. Prizes may be considered income, and any and all taxes associated with prizes are responsibility of winner. Allure Medical reserves the right to change, alter, or amend these Contest rules as necessary, in their sole discretion, to ensure the fair administration of the Contest or to comply with applicable law. A list of winners’ names is NOT available from Allure Medical. HIPAA privacy rules will be maintained.
